Alex and co did a first class job on my entire roof spanning the full scale of reconstruction of supporting beams to artisan touches including chimneys and leadwork. The job turned out to be way more complicated than anticipated as the last 50 years' bodges were uncovered, but we discussed all the options and Alex helped make the best decisions, all completed with skill and craftsmanship and an eye on the pennies. I was kept updated in full, all the time, with detailed explanations and pictures. The job was left spotless and pristine at the end. Would not hesitate to use them again, even though the roof is now good for another couple of decades!
Alex is a friendly but professional young man and has an excellent knowledge, experience and skill his work is thorough and on completion would not sign it off until he’s more than happy with the finish he’s punctual and puts in a good days work for a fair price after service is excellent which for me was very important if queries needed to be answered I have no doubts what’s so ever in passing Alex’s number on to friends.
Alex came around promptly after storm damage and gave an estimate. Work proceeded efficiently and neatly. Alex and Matt worked hard on the roof in cold mizzle conditions. It was at the start of the covid 19 shut down and they offered to run errands for us. The work was done very professionally and they took pride in the work they did. Very pleased with the work and their cheerful attitude while doing the job. Highly recommended.
From start to finish it’s been a pleasure to deal with Alex. He very quickly submitted a quote by email and then went on to fix the leak in our roof expertly and quickly. Throughout the whole period he kept us informed of what he was doing and when. We would absolutely recommend him to anyone needing work completed.
